Although we encourage each runner at each level to help us
raise money for good causes ( see ‘help a charity’) we
are happy to reward our top athletes for their endeavours with cups
and cheques.
Each year we give out about 160 cups and around 4,500 euros in cash
prizes to reward the best runners in different categories.
Cup giving for the 5 kms and 10 kms is planned for 1pm followed by
a short interval , where you are invited to watch one of the local
dance schools performing live, then at 2pm we will be giving cups for
the half marathon and marathon. The overall winner of the marathon
will be awarded the ‘Paul Mouillard Trophy’ in memory of
Paul who was an active member of the AMPC and a kind and respected
figure in Albert who is sadly no longer with us .

NOTE all winning athletes will
receive their corresponding cheques by post soon after the event. It
is too complicated for us to give cheques with each cup . We appreciate
your understanding on this matter.
At approximately 3pm we will hold our super prize draw. The lucky
winners could walk away with a mountain bike or other top prizes.
