Our army of volunteers

As well as all the members of the committee there are also numerous helpers necessary for the good organization of our event without their help our event would not exist!

We would like to thank all these 240 volunteers for their time, good humour and energy.

Who are the helpers ?

The 'roadies' :

making sure noboby gets squidged! and the traffic circulates freely. You’ll find them at every road junction and roundabout, armed with red and green lollipops and big smiles.

The 'barstaff' :

The Security Guys:

Travelling round the different courses , picking up unhappy runners! and generally checking the general health , wellbeing of the runners.
